ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Minnesota Wild goalie Josh Harding has a broken right foot, putting him out indefinitely. The Wild announced Wednesday the injury was suffered in an off-ice incident. The team said Harding was hurt Sunday but did not specify how. Harding will not need surgery, but with training camp starting Friday and the opener Oct. 9 the Wilds tenuous depth in the net is a concern. Veteran Niklas Backstrom has returned after midsection injuries kept him out of action after January. But restricted free agent Darcy Kuemper has not yet been signed.
