Cooper was an All-American and a three-time All-ACC selection and a big-time prospect in college, but injuries have limited his productivity at the pro level. He did start all 13 games he played with Dallas in 2017 and all four of the games he played with Washington in 2018.The 6’2”, 308-pound guard is a well of untapped potential and if he can stay healthy he should be able to fill in admirably for Incognito and add add to the depth at a position which has very little for the Raiders in 2019.In a corresponding move, the Raiders have waived WR Montay Crockett.
